Benex introduced Non-Destructive Digging in 2000 to assist customers in locating underground assets. High-pressure water and air are used to expose electrical cables, underground pipes and conduits that may be near new works, to protect the existing assets and worker’s safety.
The reduced risk with hydro vacuum excavation provides an alternative method to excavate / trench rather than using an excavator or other mechanical form of destructive excavation without damaging surrounding materials, reducing noise and reducing disruption to surrounds.
The increased risk mitigation gives operators and customers added assurance, increased productivity and environmental efficiency.
